I met her around December 2024 just casually browsing houses to put an end to where we were living. I did things all out of order - no qualification letters or nothing. She showed me places despite appearing like coming in empty handed. Despite appearances we had a good backing to the empty hands. After seeing a few places, we swiftly acquired a pre-approval for more than enough. However in end I never wanted to get another mortgage just wanted to sell our first time home and wipe it completed. So we left buying nothing and abandoning finishing the loan. About a month later tons of improvements went underway at our house to raise the price to get the house we wanted here. About 4 months later we sold. Two months after that we closed. Joanne has been very patient with us and me bouncing all over the place on the phone and my zallion texts a second and it paid off - for everyone. I recommend her for you to find a new place to live in.

Joanne was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and definitely a realtor with the upmost integrity. Because of her 37 years of experience in the real estate market, we felt secure and confident that she would find a buyer for my dear mom's property. Her marketing skills showed beautifully as the MLS listing produced alot of traffic and offers. She goes the extra mile and really cares for her clients.
