About Trever

As a native of North Carolina, in 2015, Trever moved to the St. Petersburg area with his wife and two children. Trever graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and from Mississippi College with a Masters in Education Leadership. After serving as a middle/high school History teacher and school administrator for 17 years, Trever joined the family business - The Laurie Neiman Team at Re/Max Marketing Specialists. Just as he has done in education, Trever makes serving clients with excellence his top priority. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Pinellas Realtors Organization, Trever continues to stretch his insight and knowledge on local market conditions, as well as, real estate market trends. Smooth Buying

Caleb just helped me buy my current home. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The process went very smooth. He helped break down all that needed to be accomplished one day and task at a time to get to closing day. This kept the stress during moving quite low. More Than Just A Realtor

Upon first reaching out to Trever until the day that we closed on our Home he was with us through the entire process and was looking out for our best interest! Their were many times that we felt like giving up due to the crazy market in the area and he never once pressured us, he wanted to make sure that we were getting into the home we truly wanted and went above and beyond to make that possible! Even when their were houses that popped up that day with a showing he always made sure to be there! I've never seen a realtor with such dedication to the people that he works with! We would never use another Realtor and have recommended him to everyone that we know! Trever has become a part of our family and we appreciate everything that he has done for us! Thank you, Trever!

Top of the Line Realtor

Due to the market we spent a long time looking for a home that fit everything that we needed for our family! Through the entire process Trever was great at showing us around different areas and helping us get a feel for what different areas had to offer. We had multiple weekends where he drove us around and really went above and beyond! He made us feel like part of his family and made a point to listen to our needs. Up until this point we have only had negative experiences with Realtors, but Trever has completely changed our view on what a Realtor is. Trever is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has great communication keeping us informed throughout the entire process. After we found our Dream Home he made sure that the process was seamless and kept us up-to-date the entire time. So, thank you soo much Trever for your dedication and getting us into a Home!!
