Trever helped me sell my house and purchase a new larger house. He was very knowledgeable about the market and comp houses in the area. We were actually able to list, have the house I was selling under contract and get a higher price than I imagined within 3 days of listing. The house I wanted to purchase was a bit complicated to acquire due to the sentimental value and a few larger repairs needed. I maintained that I wanted that house and Trever stayed true. He put in any effort he could to make it happen. Other realtors would have pushed me to view other houses or lower my expectations. My move timeline was 70 days from my first inquiry to the local realtor in Seminole FL. I randomly placed an inquiry on the internet while searching for homes in Florida from Southern California. Trevor contacted me within minutes and made an immediate first impression. Then within a day he made himself physically present at one of the properties I was interested in and sent me video and pictures.
