We flew in to Tampa on Wednesday, By one pm Thursday, Trever had shown us a number of condos that matched what we were looking for. We picked the one that "caught" us. He ran us thru the offer process, explained that there were offers on the table, and helped us put together a stand out offer that was accepted. That's when Trever got busy. He had us doing the bank wire while he set up the inspection for the next week. He set up the hoa interview and had us talk to the title company. After this we flew back home. Trever grabbed the reins and took care of everything. He was at the inspection, followed up with the seller for repairs, and checked to see everything was done correctly. There was nothing Trever wasn't on top of. He kept us informed of everything happining. We closed on time, within 21 days. Anyone we meet that needs a realtor will get an ear full from us about Trever. Trever did more than we ever knew a realtor could do.
