Due to the market we spent a long time looking for a home that fit everything that we needed for our family! Through the entire process Trever was great at showing us around different areas and helping us get a feel for what different areas had to offer. Trever helped me sell my house and purchase a new larger house. He was very knowledgeable about the market and comp houses in the area. We were actually able to list, have the house I was selling under contract and get a higher price than I imagined within 3 days of listing. The house I wanted to purchase was a bit complicated to acquire due to the sentimental value and a few larger repairs needed. I maintained that I wanted that house and Trever stayed true. He put in any effort he could to make it happen. Other realtors would have pushed me to view other houses or lower my expectations. Trever is passionate in real estate but he is even more passionate in listening to the needs and wants of his clients. He is empathetic and is willing to play the long game in a sale/purchase if it makes his client happy in the long run! I'd recommend him to anyone who is interested in selling/ buying property.
