Gene's knowledge of Cape Cod is unsurpassed. As an out-of-town purchaser, Gene was able to show me homes in the areas that best met my needs. She was friendly and professional with the other broker, and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible on the house. When I was away, Gene handled all aspects of the inspections and walk-throughs (some of which we did via facetime). She was also able to meet with the attorney for closing, and introduced me to the right teams for everything from insurance to remodeling. She went above and beyond to make the purchase of this home fun and easy. Gene is a delight to work with, and I highly recommend her.
