I had a wonderful experience as a first time homebuyer under the guidance of Ms. Germaine Murphy. She is patient and knowledgeable - any questions that I had were explained quickly and thoroughly. Germaine does a great job of staying on top of the market - which has been quite volatile and competitive of late. Germaine did a great job as the hub of communication between myself, the sellers and their agent, the mortgage company, insurance broker, the town, and anyone else I have forgotten that was involved in this complicated home buying adventure. I was able to focus on what was important to my experience while Germaine held down the fort with the minutia of the buying process. I truly cannot recommend Ms. Murphy enough and I am grateful for how smoothly everything went under her care as she helped navigate through the purchase. She was able to communicate effectively with the sellers to rectify some minor issues with the home before we signed off on the final contract. Once the paperwork and business aspects were taken care of, she curated a list of local hiking and mountain biking spots for me and my fiancée to check out! Germaine truly helped make buying my first home a pleasant experience instead of the stressful and intimidating process I was expecting.

Jodi expertly took on the herculean challenge of finding us an affordable family home during the crazy housing boom in 2021: she arranged personal showings for us, contacted agents ahead of time for open houses, and did so much research for us to fine tune where we wanted to live, and what we were looking for in our new home. When our offer was accepted, Jodi facilitated discussions with the seller and their agent so that our interests were fairly represented. Even when we had to bring our young children to finish some tasks before closing and they were just being kids (aka bored of another visit to the home), Jodi was great at diverting their attention so that we were able to finish up.
