Pam has repeatedly gone above and beyond in both instances we have used her services as a realtor. She is well versed in local issues, and having grown up on the Cape, can give a unique perspective to potential homeowners. She always responds to our questions, even after the sale is made. (We needed a contractor quickly several months after closing,and she went out of her way to provide us with referrals.) You will learn a lot about your property, its value and the market strategy; you will chum the waters for buyers; you will see who is good at this difficult profession.
