When we started working with Lauren we were about to have our first child so she knew we were on a tight schedule to make things happen. Lauren made the purchase of our new home happen quickly and efficiently. She made sure we were in before our baby arrived. She was then just as quick to get our old house on the market and sold. I couldn’t believe how quickly it happened. She knew the right type of buyer for the property and used her local connections to facilitate a quick sale for a price we were extremely happy about. Wouldn’t change a thing about the whole experience.

Lauren is the real estate agent who helped me purchase a home 3 doors down from me! I was looking to purchase this home for my son so that he could raise his family on the street. Tori is smart, savvy and a true pro. Based on her extensive knowledge and marketing skills, we developed a sales and pricing strategy for my property. She encouraged me to stay the course when interest and traffic began to cool a bit and I was becoming anxious. She called it spot on and soon there was the perfect buyer. She negotiated a good contract with my interests completely protected.
