Our mom passed away in July and my brothers and I had to sell her house in Falmouth. I was referred to Jackie and we met in person when I went to Falmouth to sort through my mom's stuff. I liked her immediately and could tell she was a real professional. Jackie's colleague, Stephanie, was a great addition and was always cheerful and ready to pitch in to do whatever was needed. They both checked on the house regularly before and after we listed it because my brothers and I live out of state. They also assisted in disposing of household items that we couldn't get to. In short, they went above and beyond to help us out during some difficult circumstances. Jackie knew the market thoroughly and suggested a listing price much higher than we expected. As it turned out, she was spot on and we actually sold it for $25,000 more than the asking price. We couldn't have asked for a better team.
