She is well versed in local issues, and having grown up on the Cape, can give a unique perspective to potential homeowners. She always responds to our questions, even after the sale is made. (We needed a contractor quickly several months after closing,and she went out of her way to provide us with referrals.) When we next look to buy or sell a home she is definitely who we will use again. I cannot praise her enough. We have had some terrible experiences with past home purchases, and were very happy with Pam as our realtor. She really exceeded our expectations.

You will learn a lot about your property, its value and the market strategy; you will chum the waters for buyers; you will see who is good at this difficult profession. We (my wife and I) had not met Kerrie before a competitive selection to list our Cape Cod property. She won! She had done the most work; she produced the complete dossier of comparable sales going back five years; she produced her own portfolio of closings proving that she does not only work for high-end properties but for the full range of house value in greater Falmouth MA. Annie was right there all the way to the end. But when there were issues at the end I didnt feel her support. She kinda disappeared at the end during the closing period. After the closing I expected a thank you but never got one
