Buying a home on Cape Cod requires patience, a little luck, and most importantly … a very talented agent. When you finally find the property that you have been searching for, you need to be decisive and move at speed. It is crucial to have a knowledgeable and experienced agent. We are so fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Laurie. She is exceptional at her craft. We met Laurie over a year ago and immediately realized that we were in good hands. Over several months we looked at numerous homes. She solicited our feedback and helped us formulate our list of must haves. Laurie was always available, extremely patient and told us numerous times that it is a process, and it takes time … “there is no rush to finding your dream home”. Laurie was always willing to view a property in advance and do a video call before we drove to the Cape. She always gave us an honest opinion even if it postponed a sale. She provided us with a network of professionals for advice including but not limited to, building permits, town environmental restrictions, and financing and insurance. Understanding the market dynamics, Laurie also prepared us for what inevitably occurred.
