Jodi did an amazing job in assisting me, my wife, and my sister in selling my parents home. She was extremely knowledgeable, open and honest, and trustworthy. She did an incredible job of staying in touch and keeping us up to date on the progress along the way. She took time to assist us as well when we were not in town by meeting people at the house to pick up items we had sold. Jodi is kind and considerate and demonstrated compassion as we were going through a difficult time. I would recommend Jodi to anyone in need of a realtor.

Ryan is a very hard working realtor that has a ton of local knowledge and sales experience. I first bought a house from him and was so impressed with his professionalism and personal good nature that we sold a house with him and bought two others all within a year and a half. We are just moving to the Cape and Ryan has made our transition here much smoother than we could hope. He has connected us with other professionals when needed and continues to answer questions after the sale. Although not part of the buying or selling process, I appreciate Ryan's commitment to the community through his leadership with local civic organizations and his giving back to the greater area. Cathy Moore is a truly outstanding realtor! I first met Cathy at an open house. I confessed that I was not yet ready to purchase a property; regardless, she spent a significant amount of time showing me around the house and extolling the virtues of living on Cape Cod. I was so impressed with her energy and knowledge of the area that practically on the spot I asked her to represent me as my buying realtor. We were just in the beginning stages of selling our home in order to relocate to the Cape. During the ensuing months, Cathy stayed in touch through text messages and phone calls. She very quickly perceived exactly what kind of property we were looking for but was wise enough to wait until our house was in agreement before providing properties to look at despite our eagerness to dive in before we were really ready. Throughout our home search, I always felt like a priority and that she cared that I was happy. Cathy was supportive when problems came up with the sale of my home and provided reliable and effective advice. Finally, I was free to look at houses in the Sandwich area—and Cathy knew right where to look. She outdid herself because the very first house was perfect. We did our due diligence and looked at others but that first house was the one we joyfully purchased. For anyone looking for a new place to call home, Cathy Moore is not just your real estate agent, she is your most enthusiastic cheerleader, your rock solid support system, and your sage advisor.

Laurie did an excellent job marketing the property. She went above and beyond. She seemed less present once we had an accepted offer. I think this may be due to the fact that her home is about an hour away. She also wasn’t terribly familiar with the various issues in my town, especially the sewer installation requirements and related events. She did try to educate herself but I think a local realtor may have been better able to answer questions put forth by prospective buyers. I don’t know that it made any difference when it came to the final selling price. Maybe. And maybe the sale would have happened sooner if I were represented by someone who was local. Overall, I was pleased. Laurie is warm and personable. She can do the job.

Ryan communicated well with me throughout this process where I knew very little. He educated me at the beginning by coming to the house and explaining everything step by step. When it was time to get my belongings in storage and I did not have a truck, Ryan was more than happy to help me and we made multiple trips to get that done. He was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend calling him when it's your turn to buy/sell!
