Amy Lee helped us move from out state into Colorado. We had a tough time finding a home and Amy Lee was so patient and new what we wanted. Though the process of purchasing a home will be stressful, Amy Lee provides constant communication and is great in making sure everyone is on the same page. She is very knowledgeable about Colorado and what areas to look at when purchasing a home. In fact we recommended Amy Lee to other friends who had a similar experience. House hunting in the midst of COVID and in a crazy market wasn’t the easiest of circumstances but working with Andrea made the experience so much easier! Her tenacity over several months and offers helped us tremendously and her perspective and insight was invaluable. Andrea helped my wife and I buy our house in Littleton. We had the most incredible experience with her. We bought the house while still living out of state and she helped us through the entire process. I'm a realtor myself and I have never come across someone in my industry who is as kind, thoughtful, or resourceful as she is. She went above and beyond in helping us. Most real estate agents stop caring about you the second you get into contract. Not Andrea! She stayed fully engaged with us from beginning to end and made sure that any questions we had were answered, any needs were met, and any concerns were cared for. Further, she connected us with a great lender, general contractor, insurance agent, electrician, landscaper, etc... We could not have done this with any other realtor and I cannot recommend her enough!

Jennifer has great knowledge of the Denver and Littleton markets. She knew ahead of time what offers we would get and howe many offers and showings there would be before we even scheduled them. She got the sale done in record time and we closed within 15 days of accepting the offer. Just a joy to work with and a very knowledgeable realtor!

Rob is the best agent we have ever used! He is always super friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to both selling and buying a house. My family has used him multiple times because of the wonderful experience with him! He will work hard to either find you a house or sell you a house and make sure that you are taken care of. He will keep you updated and in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
