Even though Dan and I are experienced home owners, this market in Denver is crazy fast. Dana never waivered when we had questions. Buyers write offers site unseen, and mortgages go lightening fast. We have barely had time to pack and clean the house as we left. Dana actually knew of a buyer from a realtor in her office and so things went exceptionally well. Dana was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and proactive. We are Seniors, our move came with a lot of constraints and timeline requirements coordinating the selling of our house in Colorado and buying our new house in New Mexico. We found a house in New Mexico that we submitted a contract on that was accepted by the Seller and we had a Buyer on our house in Colorado in the first weekend of showing (Noted: we had to show during a snow storm). However, the Buyer in Colorado backed out at the last minute, Dana was able to find another Buyer within days and keep us on schedule for our closing in New Mexico, her experience with inspection resolution issues and her knowledge of the closing process was invaluable to us. Dana had the patience of a saint throughout this whole process with me not being certain about what I wanted at the beginning, being reluctant to pull the trigger when things went in my favor, and just all around got me comfortable with the process to buy my first home. I appreciate the time to set up all the showings, taking the time to walk me through and explain every document I had to sign so I felt more comfortable, chauffeuring me to a Nuggets game after a showing, and the humor throughout. Definitely made it easier to laugh through the incredibly frustrating and stressful market when I was looking for a home. 10/10 would recommend!
