Our house sold for a lot more than expected with Amy's help. Yes, Colorado is a hot market but Amy spared no expense in promoting it. I think the #1 reason for the quick sale and multiple bids was the fabulous photography. The photographers spent a full morning taking pictures and they showed the house in the best possible light. She also has a stager who made realistic suggestions for arranging furniture and decluttering and even helped move the furniture. Shortly after we started this process, covid became a huge factor. Amy was patient and supportive during the weeks that we wavered about proceeding. She did her best to ensure that everyone involved took appropriate safety measures. Amy is friendly and personable. She took care of all the details and made selling the house as pleasant as possible.

I was an out of town seller and Amy Lee stepped up to assist me with locating repair men, professional cleaning and other necessary services. The sales transaction was tumultuous at times and Amy kept the sale moving until we reached "Closed" status. I appreciate her working above and beyond what a Realtor normally is responsible. Beth was recommended by friends and it was easy to see why. I was looking for someone who really knew the market and could help me understand my own blind spots in buying a house (e.g. how to think objectively about value, how to navigate difficult decisions about offers and negotiations, etc.). She helped me find a good value buy in a desirable neighborhood and get the place AT asking price (at the top of the market). And I got the first place I submitted an offer on. Pretty rare in Denver these days. Her knowledge of the technical side was equally impressive, and she gave me excellent advice on everything from the inspection to negotiating with the seller re: outstanding maintenance issues. Most of all, she’s always reachable and you can tell she cares. Awesome realtor.

We relocated from out of state and Amy Lee helped us every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable with a lot of areas in Colorado, which was a great help for us. She takes the time to get to know her clients and learn what they are looking for with their house purchase. Amy Lee actually found the house which checked all of the boxes on our "must have" list and we ended up purchasing it. It is our dream home and I am so happy she found it for us! Carlos couldn't have been more helpful. He explained every single detail every step of the way. He was supportive, knowledgeable and reassuring when needed. He made appointments for me. Let vendors in who needed to repair anything at all. He held Open Houses every Saturday and Sunday. He was thorough about everything.. I couldn't be happier.
