Working with Amy Lee to buy our "forever" home in Monument was a quick and seamless experience! She has a lot of local knowledge, which was very important to us as we were moving from out of state. She was in constant contact with us throughout the process so we always knew what to expect, but when we did have questions she was always available. Amy Lee is a warm, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable realtor. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. It was truly a pleasure getting to know her!

Amy Lee was fantastic to work with and very experienced in her field. She was quick to help us with staging and listing and sold our house at top dollar. Her advice along the way and knowledge made the process of selling our house as smooth as possible! We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Amy Lee, in my opinion is a true honest professional!!! Not only did she keep in touch with me over a 4-5 year period about the possibility of my selling a condo in Castle Rock, but also made sure I was aware of how the property was appreciating. My selling experience with Amy Lee was exceptionally smooth. This was due to her outstanding "communication" skills, knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Amy Lee Hoffman for any and all real estate transactions, whether it be selling our buying, you cannot go wrong... Barbara K

My wife Janice and I recently had the rewarding experience of selling our Colorado property in Castle Rock through REMAX Alliance, the main reason was Amy Lee Hoffman, our realtor. The Professional manner in which she conducted all transactions and her concern for even the smallest details says a lot for her integrity and knowledge of the business. The minimum time required from beginning to closing was exceptional. We were always informed of what was going on and what was required of us. Thank yuo for a job well done.

Amy Lee is our realtor for life! She looks at each listing individually & custom to the area. She comes armed with information that will help you sell your house & get top dollar. She has helped our family with a couple of really difficult situations and she thinks outside the box for solutions. I have referred her to all my friends & family because I am confident that she will go above & beyond. She brings her expertise & especially her heart & soul to every home.

“Working with Amy Lee was a great experience. Since I was a first time home seller she helped me understand the process which put me at ease and removed any stress. She was extremely helpful and had a lot of good ideas on how to market my condo. After the first weekend we already had 7 offers. She was readily available and easy to communicate with. I would definitely use her services again – Thank you Amy Lee!”

Amy Lee was someone we knew to be familiar with the town were we had a home for 25 years. So she was the only realtor we contacted to help us sell in 2018 when we were ready to move. Her attention to every detail of the process was spot on and extremely helpful. She offered tons of advice to help us get ready to show our home which ultimately saved us a lot of headache in terms of NOT overdoing the preparations. She was always conscientious of our any concerns, listened and helped us get a better deal than we expected. We have recommended her several times to others faced with selling their homes since.

I had been in contact with a rather uppity agent before finding Amy Lee. Amy Lee was really down to earth and patient. It took us a few of moths to sell our old house. We were also rather picky about what we wanted in a house. Amy Lee worked hard helped us find a house that was perfect, and wasn't put of that we hadn't sold out previous house yet.

Megan is detail oriented, driven, and overall very professional and pleasant to work with. Not only does she do what you ask of her in a timely fashion, she does things that you would never think to do. She was able to list our current home as well as oversee and manage us purchasing a new home, with little to minimal stress on our end (because lets be honest, selling a home is a tad stressful). Megan is the first person to roll up her sleeves and really get down to work when it is needed; whether that be cleaning, rearranging furniture for photos, or giving great advice on how to stage a home. We are very pleased with her work, and recommend her to any home buyer, or to anyone looking to sell their home!

I've worked with Tami for over 4 years and through 4 transactions. We spent the last 2.5 years looking for our forever home and I've drug Tami all across northern Colorado, She helped us navigate the extremely competitive Colorado market and we recently found our absolute dream home. In addition to being an expert at finding our new home her real value shines during negotiations, inspections, and writing the contracts, on many occasions she has blown me away with her knowledge and ability. I have had the same experience on the seller side with Tami as well. Look no further you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lise on our recent home purchase. Lise was wonderful to work with! She was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She consistently followed up with the seller's agent and our financing company to make sure our closing happened on time and always looked out for our best interest. She was patient and always available for us when we needed her for showings or advice. We really feel like we came out of this experience with a new friend in Lise and will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their home!
