Megan is a fabulous agent! We were relocated from out of state so we needed a local expert to help us find the perfect home. We were able to tour homes with Megan for a weekend and she learned what we were looking for. Then she went hunting on her own. We had already established such trust that when she found THE house we put in an offer without setting foot on the property. We couldn't be happier with the home and her support through the process. We plan to remodel the basement and Megan met with several designers and contractors so we could get the ball rolling before even unpacking. Megan did an excellent job with the sale of our previous home and our new home. Our buyers were going with a VA loan, and that caused many issues and delays. She kept our buyers, and the seller of our new home "calm" and somehow managed to keep the deal together. She has a wealth of knowledge about the process, and local real estate market.
