Beth was recommended by friends and it was easy to see why. I was looking for someone who really knew the market and could help me understand my own blind spots in buying a house (e.g. how to think objectively about value, how to navigate difficult decisions about offers and negotiations, etc.). She helped me find a good value buy in a desirable neighborhood and get the place AT asking price (at the top of the market). And I got the first place I submitted an offer on. Pretty rare in Denver these days. Her knowledge of the technical side was equally impressive, and she gave me excellent advice on everything from the inspection to negotiating with the seller re: outstanding maintenance issues. Most of all, she’s always reachable and you can tell she cares. Awesome realtor.
