After a thorough search for a realtor, my elderly mother and I interviewed and selected Amy Lee Hoffman. The first time that we met, Amy Lee clearly researched the local market, recent sales, and new listings so her presentation included her market analysis and the process that she recommended for marketing my mother's house. She did not pressure us to make a quick decision on whether to contract with her or not. When we met a week later, she presented detailed information so that my mother could decide the price at which to initially list the house. Again, there was no pressure. Amy Lee recommended a range that would fit within her marketing strategy but the decision was my mother's to make.We relied on Amy Lee quite a lot and she was extremely helpful to us in getting the house prepared for showing. My mother is in her 90s and now lives with me in Indiana. Amy Lee used her network of professionals to help us find window cleaners, house cleaners, carpet installers, and content removers on short notice, and then did an excellent job making the house attractive to home seekers.Also, very important to us was that Amy Lee gave us daily updates through the listing, viewing, and contracting process. My mother and I highly recommend Amy Lee Hoffman as the listing realtor for their home.

Amy Lee recently represented me as the listing agent for the sale of my home. As I was getting the house ready to put on the market I told her than when it was time to list I wanted her to hit the ground running, and thats exactly what she did. Amy Lee shines at marketing. We were on the market for 18 days and had over 1300 views on Zillow. Her photographer created beautiful pictures and video of the house. Amy Lee followed up with the agents after every showing. One buyer had questions about the zoning of open space behind the house and I assumed she would direct the agent to the Douglas County website where they post zoning maps. Instead she went into the office and obtained more detailed maps to provide the buyers’ agent. I was not living at the house and she took it upon herself to stop in and check to see if anything needed sprucing up after the showings. Her experience and professionalism were a tremendous benefit to me during this experience.
