I worked with Andrea for a couple of year to find the perfect spot and sell my old house. She does a fantastic job being realistic and focusing on your needs, rather than just getting a deal done. The comp staging she included worked wonders for the sale, often you have to go to a 3rd party for this. I'd recommend Andrea to anyone.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Andrea when buying our new house. When we first met with her we told her we were in no rush and really wanted to find the right house with specific wants. She was never pushy or aggressive in showing us houses. She was patient and hard working and would send us houses that fit our criteria. Once we found the house we wanted she was insightful and creative in helping us structure the offer in an attractive way so that the sellers would pick our contract. She is very thoughtful and always thinking of ways to put her clients needs first and is by far the hardest working realtor we’ve ever worked with. We have recommended Andrea to our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

Andrea is extremely knowledgeable with real estate, she helped me get out of an apartment and now I own a townhouse that I thought at first I was settling but in retrospect, it is an awesome investment! I have a place now to call home and Andrea got me locked into a rate that is great, if I bought this today, i couldn't afford it because of out of control interest rates.
