The comp staging she included worked wonders for the sale, often you have to go to a 3rd party for this. I'd recommend Andrea to anyone.

She was patient and hard working and would send us houses that fit our criteria. Once we found the house we wanted she was insightful and creative in helping us structure the offer in an attractive way so that the sellers would pick our contract. She is very thoughtful and always thinking of ways to put her clients needs first and is by far the hardest working realtor we’ve ever worked with.
