Crystal is patient and so very smart. She doesn't pressure people, and offers solid practical guidance through the whole process of buying a home. I never felt I couldn't be completely honest with her, and felt she was honest with me and had my best interest in mind. I have mixed experiences with realtors and Crystal restored my hope that there are really solid, ethical, smart ones out there that make it worth it. I hope I don't have to work with anyone other than Crystal on real estate, she makes the process enjoyable.

Rob Stark’s knowledge of the real estate market helped me sell my house in one day. He and his group helped with picking out the prefect replacement carpet and paint. He helped me employ the right contractors to make needed repairs in a timely fashion. Mike was able to understand my situation and how to address potential buyer concerns. He help devise and plan and it worked very well to get the property sold quickly. He gave me options and alternatives and helped me to navigate the process with kindness, attentiveness and it was an overall nice experience. His use of the drone fly-through was a treat. Highly recommended!!

I am extremely happy working with Rob Stark and his team. Rob has outstanding understanding of market conditions and can assess the value of the property because of his experience as an assessor. He and his team are very responsive in communicating how the property is showing and giving an immediate feedback of what needs to be done for better presentation of the property. He and his team does a great job of market analysis and very knowledgeable of changing market conditions. His communication skills are excellent and prompt response to any questions I have. Very easy to work with and very professional in his approach. From my personal experience his negotiation skills are great.
