Home selling or buying can be incredibly stressful under normal circumstances. My mother and I were confronted with assuming the sale of two rental properties for my dying father. Thankfully, I had Landin Smith and his team to walk us through this process from beginning to the end and made this experience as stress-free as possible. We were concerned that both properties were not in decent shape for sale. During the pre-liminary phase, before we listed them, Landin was extremely helpful and honest in finding their realistic and comparable value. He went out his way in using all his resources in providing us with data-driven and reliable information. Both houses were priced exactly right for the market. All of this preparation helped us to sell with multiple offers on the first day we listed. During the listing-showing phase, he always kept us appraised about available showings and offers on a daily basis. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. The first house sold within the first couple of showings, and the second house was sold in the same time frame. Finally, navigating through the closing process was stress free as well. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and were kept informed about every aspect of the process. We could not be more pleased with this whole experience. When I would send her a list of properties that was interested in seeing, she responded quickly so we could setup tour dates that worked with both our schedules. When we were touring properties, Kimberly would list out possible concerns she saw with the properties, so I could make an informed decision when making offers. This was the second time we used Bob and his team to buy a place and I could not recommend a better, more knowledgeable team.
