Bob and Carrie made the selling process very EASY and painless! While we did pay more in realtor fees we made up for it many times over in the amount we sold our home for (based on what other companies would list it for). Bob helped price the house correctly, guided us in what items would to fix prior to listing to get the best value out of and recommended contractors to get the job done right and in our tight window. Will be keeping in contact with them for the next time we need to move!

Steve is truly the best of the best. My husband and I have worked with Steve to buy and sell 5 properties. Each and every interaction with Steve was incredibly informative, helpful, and supportive. In addition, Steve is one of the most ethical and honest people I have ever met.
