No better agent can be found
No better agent can be found. This gentleman has gone far beyond the requirements of real estate representation. He is now my friend. He has helped us in so many ways in our transition from Memphis Tennessee to Roxborough Park. All of the nuances of moving to such a different place can be unnerving but whenever we expressed difficulties with anything, David always offered to help and in most all situations was able to solve the problem with advice, service or referral to whatever specialist we needed. I am privileged and honored to have the good fortune of his representation and help, and my wife and I are looking forward to a continued social relationship with him and his wife.

The best you can get, and then better!
Andrea helped my husband and I navigate the housing market when it was at its craziest. Her dedication, optimism, and dependability really helped us through some ups and downs regarding touring houses, making offers, and our eventual closing. We met Andrea years ago while in an Open House she was hosting. From that time on, we kept in touch and she helped us purchasing our first home in Colorado. The process went very smoothly and she helped us every step of the way, even after the transaction had been completed. 10 years later, we were ready to move again, contacted her and she helped us both selling the house from 10 years prior and finding the new house. Going through both transactions, inspections, paperwork, etc., aligning all the date so we could sell one and buy the second one, having enough time to move after closing, etc., was stressful but Andrea knew exactly what to do and this stressful process went by quickly and smoothly. She knows how to get things done, how to negotiate, how to communicate and keep clients informed, etc. We have recommended Andrea with friends, and would use her services again any time!
