Roseann started with us with a notebook full of comparable listings and advice as to our role as sellers. She helped us every step of the way, from schooling me on how to sign a document on line correctly, to explaining what our title company really meant. She has an innate knowledge of her craft, and always answered questions in a clear and helpful way. I don't think I asked her one question to which she didn't have an answer. She returned calls quickly, and let us know our tasks in a timely manner. She remained cool and calm even when under pressure, and I would happily suggest her name to any who needs a real estate broker. My husband and I thank her for her continued help with us!

Melissa was exactly what I needed and took care of everything we needed. I was relocating to Colorado and was extremely busy with job transfer and selling the other home in another state. She went above and beyond to ensure she found the right house in the right place for my wife and I. She never stops until she finds the right place often working late and after hours as I wasn't always available. She is also well respected in her business with very good connections in the industry to help you along the way. So glad I went with her instead of some other fly by night realtors.

If we could give Joan and her group 50 stars out of 5 we would. Selling a home is stressful, especially one in which we've shared so many of life's experiences, grand and sad both. When considering a realtor we never imagined we would make such good friends as well. Joan came to hold our hands and share a lot of hr experiences. She offered to assist with advice when we bought a house out of state. Ashley and Amanda have been spectacular to the point that we share jokes when getting it all done. They, too, understand selling and moving and all that goes with that. They put up with our silly questions and they put up with our frustrations and they always, always, come to our aid when we might be confused or need help. We cannot heap enough praise on them and the staff. Joan was masterful when helping us negotiate the sale and was extremely helpful with resources and contacts to achieve the things one always has to do when selling a home. Her updates are thoughtful and professional all the while being a friend. I could go on and on but I must say I would never choose another realtor or better friend when going through this event in life. And finally I must say that Joan lives what she professes. She doesn't just talk, she walks the walk and she walks the walk right beside us. A very special person who surrounds herself with a very special staff.
