Sandi was so helpful in my buying process. Everything went so smooth. She helped me understand everything I was signing and made sure to take care of me by setting aside extra money for unexpected expenses. She came with me to the bank for the wire to make sure it went smooth. Everything she did made the process for me so easy. Sandi I appreciate you greatly! You are the best realtor in the world!

Christine was recommended by a family member and I’m so happy we decided to reach out to Christine. She was at our house within a matter of hours to discuss our options. She took the time to listen to us and understood what we were looking for. She’s always available to answer our call or text. She has kept clear and open communication throughout the whole process. She has a ton of knowledge about real estate, which made this such a smooth process for us. She exudes positive energy and always has a smile on her face! :) We will most definitely use her in the future and also recommend her to family and friends. We’re so very thankful for having Christine as our realtor!

I am a retired Re Max agent of 35 yrs. I retired 12 yrs ago, I feel that I can truthfully say that Ben delivers. If he tells you something, believe it and listen to his advice. He even watered my plants and got someone to pick up some furniture that I could not take with me. He kept me advised of the number of showings and gave me the feedback from the showing agents. He does not “sugarcoat” any thing. My house sold very quickly to a well qualified buyer. A lot of that was because of his advice getting the home ready to show. He responds very quickly to any type of communication snd does not make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something. Basically he is very honest and he does his homework.

Juhi helped my mom buy a house recently and then helped my fiancé and I buy our first home! She helped us navigate the process, sharing her wealth of knowledge and alleviating a lot of anxiety that comes with being a first time home buyer. Every step of the way, from our offer through inspection negotiations and closing, Juhi handled everything with ease and her long term experience really spoke for itself. She is also an extremely kind person, which is exactly what you want during such an important life event! Someone we’re glad to have met during this process.

Ben was extremely helpful in the pricing and staging in my house. He made certain promises (staging, showing advertising etc) and kept them. I moved out to another state just before the house went on the market and he checked on the house daily, watered my plants, and made arrangements to dispose of some furniture I could not take. As a former Re Max agent myself, I really appreciated all of the little things he did to make this move easier.

Joan was very helpful and patient when dealing with me and the sale of my property. I am an older client who also had COVID during the listing and sale and needed a lot of hand holding. She guided me through the whole transaction and we successfully closed the sale. I recommend Joan to anyone looking for or wanting to sale their home.

I can’t say enough positive about Kyla Tyler. She is absolutely the best! The sale of my property was complicated. The property was a thirty-five-acre ranch with a well, geo-thermal ground heat pump, a horse barn, shop and mineral rights (severed). It was extremely stressful for us. Kyla was by our side every minute. Thanks to Kyla’s expertise and guidance we were under contract in just over 30 days. We had 2 offers at the same time. We were able to have a CASH closing and get the highest price of any similar home in our neighborhood. We started this process almost 1 year ago. We used Kyla’s expertise to improve our home, so it had the best possible showings. She helped find contractors for painting, flooring, deep cleaning and glass repair. She then staged and presented it with aerial views and a fly through the house drone. We ended up selling to an international buyer. I’m convinced that the presentation made this sell. She is true “nit noid” when it comes to the presentation. We used her for the purchase of our new home. She dealt with the builder’s salesperson on our behalf. She was able to get the builder to give us some unexpected concessions. Closing of both houses was done on the same day. One more thing. Being a nervous type of seller Kyla knew just how to calm my nerves. She was always there for text and phone calls. I highly recommend Kyla for all your real estate needs.

We have worked with Mike for years. We look to him as a trusted advisor when it comes to real estate. His knowledge on all things when it came to looking for a house, understanding contracts, inner workings on how a how a house is designed (quality of finishes, resell advice, location intel) gave us peace of mind in our transactions with him. Mike is very attentive and was invaluable in helping us navigate such a highly emotional and financial purchase. When you work with Mike, you feel like you have someone truly looking out for you. He and Jean are a dynamic duo and we would highly recommend them to any of our family or friends.
