COLE MAY

Candice Yassini

About Candice

As a dedicated mother and full-time real estate agent licensed in both California and Nevada, I pride myself on balancing my professional and personal life with passion and purpose. My journey is rooted in hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to creating a legacy that my daughter can be proud of. When I’m not guiding clients through some of the most significant decisions of their lives, you can find me at the softball field cheering on my daughter, spending quality time with family, or working out to stay energized and focused. These moments fuel my drive and remind me why I strive for excellence in all I do. In my career, I view every client relationship as an opportunity to build lasting connections. Many of my clients become like family to me, and I take immense pride in treating their dreams and goals with the same care and dedication as I would my own. Helping individuals and families navigate the complex world of real estate is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of an industry that allows me to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. From helping first-time buyers find their perfect home to assisting seasoned investors in achieving their goals, every transaction is an honor and a privilege. Through it all, my ultimate goal remains clear: to leave a legacy of integrity, compassion, and success that my daughter can look up to.

Vanessa and her team were professional responsive & attentive to our needs during the sales process

Vanessa and her team are great communicators and know their business and the local market well. Anytime we had a question we received a prompt and detailed response. Their recommendation on the asking price was spot on and the house sold much faster than anticipated. I would recommend Vanessa and her team to anyone wanting to sell their home in the Las Vegas market.

Excellent service!

My parents decided to sell their home and Vanessa was the perfect person to handle this emotional decision. She walked my parents through every step while being sensitive to the situation. My father probably made certain steps tougher than they needed to be but Vanessa handled it perfectly. Selling a home can be stressful but Vanessa was there at every turn! She gauged the market perfectly and the home sold above our expectations.

She has provided a seamless, personal and professional service that is tailored to our needs and individual personalities. She knows how to make sure that all dots connect and provide a clear picture of the journey when we were on both sides both buying and selling. Thank you Vanessa! I highly recommend her!

Above & beyond level of service!

Nelson did a great job in a complicated deal involving two adjacent parcels in an economic opportunity zone. I've been buying/selling real estate for over 20 years & have never seen an agent work harder than Nelson. He deserves a Xmas bonus!
