Vanessa and her team are great communicators and know their business and the local market well. Anytime we had a question we received a prompt and detailed response. Their recommendation on the asking price was spot on and the house sold much faster than anticipated. I would recommend Vanessa and her team to anyone wanting to sell their home in the Las Vegas market.
My parents decided to sell their home and Vanessa was the perfect person to handle this emotional decision. She walked my parents through every step while being sensitive to the situation. My father probably made certain steps tougher than they needed to be but Vanessa handled it perfectly. Selling a home can be stressful but Vanessa was there at every turn! She gauged the market perfectly and the home sold above our expectations.
We have used Vanessa three times and each experience has been amazing. I trust her with one of the most valuable investments in our lives and that is our home. She has provided a seamless, personal and professional service that is tailored to our needs and individual personalities. She knows how to make sure that all dots connect and provide a clear picture of the journey when we were on both sides both buying and selling. Thank you Vanessa! I highly recommend her!
Vanessa helped us by our first house last year and was amazing. She then helped us sell the same house this year and exceeded our expectations. Vanessa took care of everything and communicated with us each step of the way!!
As sellers located in Southern California, we had a great experience working with Vanessa who helped us to sell our home in Las Vegas. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the entire selling process in a very friendly and professional manner. We highly recommend her services to anyone, local or our-of-state, looking to buy or sell property in the Las Vegas area.
Vanessa is the best Realator I ever dealt with. She has the nicest personality and really is knowledgeable. My wife also really enjoyed having her as our realtor.
