We have used Alice twice now and she’s been great both times she made the process seem very seamless and helped us feel very confident with our move. I would recommend Alice to anyone.

She is the most perceptional realtor to work with. Powerful connections and very patient to help with all the questions.

We highly recommend Dale Abella! We first found Dale on YouTube while searching for a home in Las Vegas from all the way in Ohio. We loved how comprehensive and transparent his video tours were (follow him in YouTube :)). Unlike other virtual tours, Dale provides every single detail you actually need to know—including the baseline prices, potential HOA fees, specific neighborhood locations, and home sizes. It made our remote house-hunting experience so much easier. Despite the distance, Dale was incredibly accommodating. He treated us like a priority from day one, patiently answering every single question and easing all of our worries about relocating across states. If you are looking for a realtor who is thorough, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Dale. As fellow Filipinos, we felt so comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dale, for helping us find our home!

As first-time home buyers, we honestly didn’t know if buying a house was even possible for us. We had just moved to Las Vegas and are still fairly new to the U.S., so we didn’t have a lot of savings. We were stuck in the loop of wondering if we should just keep renting or take the risk and try to buy — moving to a new city and a new country is overwhelming on its own. Trying to buy your first home on top of that? Even more intimidating. From the very beginning, Dale was patient, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. We asked him straight up if it was even realistic for us to buy a home given our situation — and instead of discouraging us, he walked us through every option. He explained the process clearly, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we understood each step. What truly set Dale apart was how he went above and beyond to secure an amazing deal with the builder. He was able to negotiate incentives that covered all of our closing costs — which made a HUGE difference for us. As first-time buyers without a large savings cushion, that relief meant everything. It took away so much stress and allowed us to move forward confidently without worrying about unexpected extra costs. Dale didn’t just help us buy a house — he helped turn what felt like just a dream into a reality for our family. He made our first-time home buying experience smooth, stress-free, and achievable. If you’re unsure, new to the area, or buying for the first time, we cannot recommend him enough. He genuinely cares and will fight to make it happen for you. We’re forever grateful.

Alba responded immediately with listing information quickly after my first contact. My home was listed on Monday and I had a full offer that same evening. Minimal negotiation was completed immediately and escrow was opened promptly. Alba provided all documents right away and connected me with the escrow company. All went so smoothly with minimal effort on my part. Alba kept me updated on progress continually. Her knowledge and professionalism was always outstanding. She was always available by phone or messaging. Alma was referred to me by an out of state realtor who had previously screened her verbally at my request. She did not disappoint me, going over and above my expectations. I highly recommend Alba to anyone interested in buying or selling a property in Las Vegas.

These are just a few of the many words I would use to describe Alba. We looked and a few various styles, sizes and neighborhoods. Once we locked in those specific details that can make or break the purchase she presented a personalized home buying experience with plenty if options. Alba fought to make sure my move in would be painless by my home was inspected thoroughly by people she trusted. I can't wait to work with Alba again in the future.

Alba made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free—she was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had my best interests in mind every step of the way.

We are so grateful to have had such an amazing realtor Merry and her team by our side while buying our first home! From the very beginning, she and Jody patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to answer all of our questions. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. We truly felt like we were more than just clients—we felt cared for and supported throughout the entire journey. Buying our first home was such a special milestone for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help make our dream of homeownership come true. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you guys so much for everything!💖🏡

Merri and Jodi helped me secure top dollar for my home and made the entire process feel like a breeze. I would 100% hire Merri again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

This is now my second home purchase with Merri and Jodi, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important decision. While Merri is my mom, I'm writing this based on the results they consistently deliver. They treat every transaction like it's their own and fight for every dollar possible. On my first home, they negotiated over $150,000 in savings. On this purchase, they helped negotiate approximately $77,000 in seller credits, secured around $120,000 in builder upgrades, and ultimately saved me well over $100,000 throughout the process. Their knowledge, strategy, and negotiation skills are second to none. Beyond the financial savings, their communication was outstanding from start to finish. Jodi was incredibly organized, responsive, and made sure every detail was handled, while Merri was always advocating for my best interests and making sure we got the best deal possible. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth, I can't recommend Merri and Jodi enough. They've earned my trust twice now, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone looking for the best representation possible
