We met Chrissy 2 years ago when were extensively searching for a great real estate agent to represent us in purchasing a home in Fort Collins. Having been a realtor myself in the past, we had lots of detailed questions on Chrissy's experience, communication style, and processes. Chrissy was able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily and we felt she would be a great agent to represent us. We were not wrong. Chrissy had double duty as we lived out of state and needed her to be available for specific times when we flew into town and for video showings when we weren't able to be in town. She was always accommodating and we never felt like we were a burden to her. The type of house we were looking for was in short supply in Fort Collins, but Chrissy delivered and we are very happy in our new home. Besides the typical realtor duties, Chrissy also had great references for contractors, restaurants, and fun things to do in Fort Collins (since we were new to the neighborhood). Chrissy is a professional, friendly, and just a great overall person who we would recommend to anyone looking for a great, real estate agent.

Kimberley Hattem always kept in communication with us. She was always updating us to let us know what was going on. Her knowledge of the real estate market is wonderful! Even if there different obstacles to consider, she explained them to us very well. She has great negotiation skills and points out things we did not consider. Kimberley is very professional. We would definitely use her again 100%!!

Once again, Chrissy nailed it for us. She explained how and what to prepare and expect throughout the process. Full price offer within hours of first open house. Accepted! Chrissy also has a team on call to help finish up your property and that was a huge asset. She was also able to recommend a moving company as we were moving out-of-state (Solid shout-out to Watson Moving and Storage, what a great experience!) and we easily settled into our new home. Closing was flawless, even arranged a Notary to come to our new home to sign all the papers and legalities and all paperwork was overnighted to Ft Collins. Kim has been a Godsend for us through a challenging 16 months trying to sell our house after we had already moved. Without Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and willingness to do things for us that I would not have expected from any realtor I don’t know how we would have managed, she basically looked after our house over an extended period, kept us up to date, advised us on price and strategy, negotiated, and provided us with as much feedback on contracts as was needed. I’m originally from Britain where a flat fee of around $2,000 is paid to the realtor so I have always felt the fees in the USA were ridiculous. Having met and worked with Kim, I can honestly say she was worth every penny and realistically, a lot more! I cannot imagine there is a more professional, effective, knowledgeable, ethical, hardworking, personable realtor on the planet.
