When Eric helped us buy our house I felt like I actually had a realtor representing me - actually being my agent. I actually felt like a Buyer this time, not a means to a commission. He kept an eye on the documents as they came in and was ahead of weird stuff before I was. I'd call him, and he was already getting to the bottom of things. Eric is knowledgeable, and capable - involved throughout the purchase process. Despite significant stress at the time, he made the house purchase actually possible, and amazingly straightforward. It has been almost a year since Eric helped us buy this house. I keep remembering I should leave a strong recommendation here - his performance was so amazing it comes to mind fairly option. This is the second home we bought, and my experience with Eric was vastly superior to my experience with my past realtors. He really thinks of others' priorities more than his own. Eric even suggested a slightly smaller offer when we bought this house, and he was probably right - when does a realtor ever do that? - Still amazed. I remember his communications skills were very effective, and adaptable to everyone in the purchase process, ranging from the kids, to my wife, to the sellers, to the sellers realtor, to the mortgage broker, to the title company. He even gave us a cool gift after the house sale, totally from the kindness of his heart. We occasionally think of moving to a larger property, or joining the landlord business. We aren't looking for a realtor anymore - Eric's our first choice. I strongly recommend Eric to anyone who's looking for a realtor who will represent their interests - he'll do a wonderful job!
