My wife and I chose Carolyn Andrews of ReMax to handle both the SALE of our property and the purchase of a condo. Carolyn and her husband, Rick, have homes in both Denver and Silverthorne, Colorado and know the market conditions in both areas very well. Many of the homes purchased in Summit County are second home owners from the Denver area and Carolyn has a great "feel" as to the buying and selling wants/needs/ preferences, etc. We put our home on the market under Carolyn's guidance and it sold (for asking price) in about three weeks. Carolyn had also been showing us condos in the area - we wanted to "downsize" so we had a good idea of the condo market also. We closed on the sale of our home on a Monday and closed on the purchase of the condo the same day - the closings went flawlessly. Again, her knowledge of both the Summit County AND Denver real estate markets was a huge advantage - she knew what the Denver second homeowners were looking for and how it related to our home sale - she hit the nail on the head with ALL of her recommendations for the sale of our property.
