I went from looking at rentals to under contract to buy in four days thanks to Eric and this experience couldn’t have been better. If not for Eric, me and my family would be renting a house and paying someone else’s mortgage right now. He is an absolute professional. He goes above and beyond personally and professionally to find solutions and is now my life long realtor and the only one that I would recommend to friends or family. We were originally approved for far less than the market in Colorado would accommodate and almost lost hope until he put us in contact with one of his lenders and all hope was restored as we were qualified for far more in the market than we ever thought possible. He took personal responsibility to make sure safe standards were met on the house we bought and outlawed piping was replaced in the deal to ensure we wouldn’t have future problems with our dream home. He fought and executed at every step with the listing agent and seller to make sure everything was in place for the sale to go through. He covered costs at his own expense to make sure we were taken care of and met with us at hours that worked for us also at his own expense. True professionalism and honor to me which can be very hard to find these days. He gave us the advice and encouragement we needed in the midst of what can only be described as chaos for us. "John Christopher knew I was desperate for a quick closing, and he absolutely delivered on that. The total time from when my house went on the market to when I had the funds from the sale in my bank account was eight days! The amount of coordination that John had to do very quickly was enormous, but he did it with a positive attitude and always kept me informed of where we were in the process, what my options were, and he always explained the pros and cons of each decision I had to make without giving his opinion unless I specifically asked for it. Even though I was 1100 miles away when my home went on the market, I knew at all times exactly how things were going.
