When I noticed an error after closing and reached out to John for guidance; without me even asking, he researched the issue, identified the problem and worked to get it resolved in no time flat. What realtor/broker puts in that kind of effort even after closing?!!! Phenomenal support!! I honestly can’t say enough great things about John, he listened to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to find it, even when our asks were somewhat unrealistic, he helped guide us and ultimately close the deal!!"

Todd came recommended from a friend and we were so glad that he was our realtor
Todd came recommended from a friend and we were so glad that he was our realtor. We were first time home buyers and had never been through any of the process before and needed guidance. Todd was patient throughout the entire homebuying adventure. He gave us sound advice, helped us through pitfalls, traveled all over the greater Denver and Fort Collins areas, and even recommended a great financing company to us. He worked constantly to find homes for us to consider and even helped us get a deposit back when one of the contracts fell through even though it was no fault of his own. In the end, we were successful in finding a wonderful home in Loveland. Anyone who uses Todd for a realtor will be glad they did.

Todd was always available to answer questions, avaialble on the weekends to do showing, and gave us his honest feedback. We were looking for a very specific home for our family and we were able to find the home that works for all of us. Thank you Todd for helping us get our new home! What a CRAZY market to be a buyer or seller in. Fortunately for me I had a home to sell the first part of 2021. I haven't sold a home in 20+ years, so needed to find a realtor I could trust to lead me through the process. I did all the due diligence - interviewing realtors, etc. Then I remembered Todd from my daughters club volleyball days, years ago. Plenty of long match days chatting with he and his wife. I recall thinking at that time that if I ever had to sell my house I should contact Todd. Because he was so NORMAL. Not pushy, not "salesy" just good people. I ended up going with Todd and I'm glad I did. I wasn't sure how much I would have to fix up the house or exactly what to do to prepare for sale. Todd knew exactly what was important, not important, etc. We had a whirlwind weekend of showings & lots of offers. He organized all of it for me, always responsive & we had a very uneventful contract & closing. Yay! Thanks Todd!
