It doesn't get better in terms of customer service and knowledge of both the region and real estate market. Eric's support made us feel so safe in the transaction. Everything from knowing where to look, knowing what to look for (and look out for) in a home, and making sure he advocated for us when dealing with a difficult home builder. My wife and I are highly detailed people and he was able to raise the bar every step of the process. Amazing at his job and constantly made sure he was proactively taking care of us and keeping us from making any boneheaded decisions. Eric was an A+ in helping us close on a previous home as well, and unless he leaves the industry, there's no chance we would work with anyone else. (Side note - I would hire Eric into pretty much any company I worked for if he ever did want to leave real estate. Any customer he would work with would be lucky.)

Eric truly goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend him enough. We were out-of-towners with a small window to get into a rental, and he pulled through. He knew the neighbors and found us exactly what we were looking for. He even reviewed the contract for us. When it was time to buy, Eric was the deciding factor in our winning bid.
