Unlike other realtors we have worked with in the past, Eric was completely upstanding. He not only was professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he was compassionate, caring, and devoted to helping us. Even though I know he must have had other clients, he treated us like we were his only ones. He responded to every question and request in a timely manner. I cannot recommend him enough. We have been searching for a home for several years. We have had realtors be rude, unresponsive and flat out give up on us. Not Eric. He was committed to finding us a home we would be happy with. Not just any home. A home we would be happy with. We will use him again if we ever need or want to find another home and will/do recommend him to everyone we know. Seriously, best realtor ever.

Being a first-time homebuyer, I was intimidated by the process and wasn't sure what to expect. Todd was extremely helpful in answering my questions and was really responsive even when I had random questions at really random times.<br/><br/>Todd really pays attention to what you say and think of the homes you visit. By the end of our search, he took us to a home that he thought would be a great fit for us and he was right, it was exactly what we were looking for... so we bought it and we are really happy in our new home.<br/><br/>Throughout the process Todd was very responsive and walked us through every phase of the home buying procedure. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking, especially in terms of things like public transportation (something that was important to us.) He was also just generally knowledgeable of every step of the process.
