We entered the market just as the 2023 Finance Interest rates spiked, nearly eliminating all but cash buyers. After a first buyer pulled out 3 days before closing, Mike kept working, kept us in a positive frame of mind until a new buyer was found. While it included a request for a six-week closing date, we hung in there and reached the goal with no new issues. Thanks Mike, for your tenacity and commitment to helping us reach the sales goal! Plus, he managed all of the local details for staging, upkeep, and advertising AFTER we had to relocate to an new city where we set up housekeeping during the extended sales limbo. Hats off to Mike!
