The experience we had working with Mike was really great. Because of our long list of "have to have" in a house, it took us some time to find just the right place. Not to mention putting a pause on our search during covid. But even over the years that our search took, Mike never gave up on us and continued to be loyal and helpful. We entered the market just as the 2023 Finance Interest rates spiked, nearly eliminating all but cash buyers. After a first buyer pulled out 3 days before closing, Mike kept working, kept us in a positive frame of mind until a new buyer was found. While it included a request for a six-week closing date, we hung in there and reached the goal with no new issues. Thanks Mike, for your tenacity and commitment to helping us reach the sales goal! Plus, he managed all of the local details for staging, upkeep, and advertising AFTER we had to relocate to an new city where we set up housekeeping during the extended sales limbo. Hats off to Mike!
