Shasta Krake, Was so easy to work with she answered all my questions
Shasta and her team were very professional very knowledgeable. Never did they make me feel like I was bothering them. They were there every time I called them and they always walked me through every step of the way, which I very much appreciated. I would definitely go to Shasta Krake and her team in regards to selling or buying properties. They are the best.

Friendly professional
I loved working with Debbie. She clearly knows the real estate business but is not someone who treats clients like she knows more than they do. Always respectful and accommodating, I felt like I was her top client, even though it was a small-scale sale. If needed, she worked into the night getting things just right. She showed me every house I was interested in even if it was pretty obvious it wasn’t going to end in an offer. She closed on the sale of my house and the purchase of another where the time line was very close, navigating through inspections and several offers and counteroffers, helping me understand and keeping me calm. She’s a wonderful realtor!

Simply the best!
Shasta has always been a joy to work with. She sold us our house and 12 years later when we were looking to downsize we, of course, chose to work with her again. Through no fault of Shasta’s we had some difficulties with the sale but Shasta made it all work for us. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is professional, concerned about her clients needs, and works tirelessly for her clients.

Wonderful and one of the best
My wife and I were buying our first house. She worked hard to find us a house that checked all our boxes. Jillian was wonderful and professional. If we ever buy another house she will be the only realtor we will work with. She made the home buying process an ease. Definitely recommend her in a heartbeat

Very professional and easy to work with!
Connie was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all the new upcoming changes in Real Estate sales. She took the time to make sure we understood all changes. Connie listed our home and sold it within a few days. The total transaction was completed in 30 days. She helped with getting contractors to help with a couple minor repairs. She was always available for questions and answers. She has a very friendly and can do attitude.

Best Agent in Salem
Aaron Warnock is the best agent Salem has to offer. He is so easy to work with, and you can trust that he has your best interest in mind when he is working with you. He will go out of his way to be available (weekends, evenings, anytime you need him), and he makes you feel like you are the most important client he has. He answers questions quickly, and schedules showings as fast as he possibly can. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He’s helped me do both, and I wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Peace of mind
This was our first time selling a house (which Jillian helped us buy several years ago). She was so patient with our questions and anxieties, and gave us peace of mind at every step.
