We explained what we were looking for and Shasta listened and provided feedback. During our search we found 2 homes that met our needs. Our 1st choice presented very nice and we made an offer. Unfortunately, during inspection something came up and we were out of state. Shasta worked with us long distance and helped us move through negotiations. We ended up going to our 2nd choice and was able to close on the 2nd choice in 2 and 1/2 weeks while we were out of state. I'm not sure who she is but if she worked on out contract with our reality sales in Lebanon Oregon then she has done a great job as she has worked with Codi Shulls to get out buying a house experience a very good one. In as little as close to 30 days.
