Ty made the sell of my home easy. Along with his partner Brenda Glott, they took care of everything. They answered my many questions, worked around my schedule for showings and kept me in the loop through the entire process. My home was listed on a Friday and an offer, for over asking, was accepted on Sunday! Doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend their services.

Jillian did a professional and outstanding job on selling our house. I was a not an easy sale as it was an estate sale. From listing through sale she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, a good counsel, great communicator, and an all around excellent human being. She is great to work with and has an encyclopedia knowledge of real estate. She fulfilled her fiduciary duty to me and let me know what strategy would work the best. The end of the deal was the telling point and Jillian worked hard to ensure that the sale was completed. You cannot do better employing Jillian to sale your house. Or if you are buying a house Jillian is the realtor that you want. She will work the long hours necessary to find you your house. One thing I noticed is Jillian is always listening and is nice to everyone. She is firm, but nice and knowledgable. Yes, my highest recommendation. Mike Larimer
