I am fortunate to meet Mark Thomas when searching for a home to purchase in Salem, Oregon. At first he was reperesenting the seller. I then used Mark to represent me as the buyer at a different home. Mark is very personable, available and responsive. During the offer and negotiation process, Mark stood firm in what we were asking and even negotiated a one year home warrenty into the final offer. Mark made this entire experience enjoyable with very little stress. I found Mark fron the onset to be genuine, and most important, he is honest. I highly recommend Mark Thomas to represent any seller or buyer in the greater Salem area, or whatever market he chooses to represent others in.

Angie arrived to our home with comps. in hand, she had done extensive market research before meeting with us. Angie was prepared for all the nuances needed to sell our 96 year old home. She "talked me off the ledge" so often during a very chaotic and exhausting time, negotiating expertly with buyers agents. Angie was there for every phone call and every transaction throughout the process. She listed our home at the correct price, marketed it expertly and sold it after only 24 days on the market!
