We had Brant list the home around the middle of December, helping with cleanup while pictures were being taken, we had our first offer within days. The offer fell through, so Brant listed it again and within 2 or 3 days we had 4 offers (fyi: he showed the home during the ice storm in January). He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the market. We took the best offer and the home closed near the first of February. He even showed up at closing.
