Jill was great throughout the whole process of buying our first home! As first time homebuyers there was a lot of the process that we didn’t understand and stressed us out, but Jill explained everything in an easy to understand way. She listened, heard our concerns, learned what our priorities were, so she could help us get to our dream home. Also, Jill made it a fun process. She helped us dream what our house could be and helped us laugh through the stressful moments. She was also on top of everything. She kept us updated on next steps and answered our questions. Even when our mortgage lender dropped the ball and missed something big, she caught it and helped us get through it. Overall, Jill is an excellent realtor. We had Brant list the home around the middle of December, helping with cleanup while pictures were being taken, we had our first offer within days. The offer fell through, so Brant listed it again and within 2 or 3 days we had 4 offers (fyi: he showed the home during the ice storm in January). He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the market. We took the best offer and the home closed near the first of February. He even showed up at closing.
