This was our first home purchase. We didn’t really know what to expect, Brant informed us on the steps and was very knowledgeable. After looking at multiple homes and giving a couple of them offers that didn’t pan out. No fault to Brant. We found a home we had to have Brant knew this was the home for us and helped us come up with a competitive offer. Brant has a lot of connections with local contractors which made life a lot easier when it came to after inspection estimates. When it came to the negotiations, Brant got what we asked for! We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

We found Brant to be very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He asked for and listened to our thoughts & ideas. He clearly cared about us; we always felt we had a voice throughout the process. He made a point to get to know us and provided ideas and alternatives to help us achieve our objectives. Personally, I had a lot going on while this buying process was happening. My busyness had to annoy him at times but he stayed even keel and supportive. At the same time Brant respectfully “nudged” us along with tact and without creating additional stress for us. Brant was excellent at keeping us informed each step along the way. In addition, he was consistently responsive to our calls and texts to him. Simply said, Brant demonstrated an ethic of helpfulness and professionalism. Working with Brant was a “win” for us from our first introduction walking through several properties of interest all the way through to the smooth closing on the home we were, with his help and guidance, able to buy. Brant was amazing to work with and provided knowledge and advice that helped us sell quickly! There were a few flaws in the home and he was open minded and communicative about what we should expect to see in our offers, and what to fix… to get the best bang for our buck. He also worked with a handyman for advice that saved us thousands in the end, and has great connections. We’ll definitely use him again and recommend to anyone. Plus, he showed up one day in a cherry, sun-kissed gold Delta 88. Pretty rad dude! 😎

Jillian was extremely easy to work with and talked me though the process along the way. She checked in with me. She definitely has a heart for her clients. Even when I thought it was impossible to find the house I dreamed of, she found it and then some. I highly recommend her.

I am so grateful for Jillian. She was very helpful as to what we needed to do to get the property ready. Our sale was a little difficult with the easement and Jillian was there every step of the way directing us and helping with lawyers. She went above and beyond for us. Jillian is the best choice out there! I would use her again if needed in the future.
