Debbie is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and an incredibly capable agent. You will not find anyone that knows the details, and makes sure each is addressed properly, more than Debbie. Of note, the property she listed and sold was not an easy sale (not even in the market as it was). She certainly could have spent her time on turn key deals, as opposed to the challenge I presented to her. In a world with a real estate agent on every corner, Debbie is a refreshing break from the "salesperson" feel that comes with the majority of area agents riding the market wave.

Eileen was the PERFECT agent to help us sell our home. She provided expert guidance in how to increase the value in preparation for selling. She was patient, as we took over 2 years from first contacting her about the potential of selling until we finally committed. Throughout that time she continued to be responsive at every turn and took multiple sets of pictures so that she would be ready to list whenever we were. Her knowledge of the market, trends, comps was spot on and in the end our experience went as smooth as any possibly could. I cant imagine a better or more supportive experience.
