She offered sound insights in guiding the preparation of the house before it was listed, helped with the little details for staging it to showcase it well, and worked with professionals to get photo, video and drone images of the house and property. Even with a few bumps in the road with our buyer (double escrow), she helped to keep the sale on track. Most of all, it was just a pleasure to work with her. I cannot say enough good things about Cyndi Risco. She is not only a great realtor but a wonderful, kind, caring person. April was so patient with us. Moving from NJ to CA with 3 kids during COVID pandemic was not an easy decision.
