Working with Raul was absolutely wonderful! He was so attentive, kind, knowledgeable and helpful from day one of meeting him. He went above and beyond any expectations we had and made buying our very first home extremely smooth, fast, and actually really fun and exciting! One thing I really loved about Raul is that he was super patient and answered all of our questions; I never felt like he was trying to gain us as his customer - only that he wanted to support us... and that is why we picked him to represent us... he didn't have to "ask" for our business. It was clear he was looking out for our best interests and everything he did was to support us. Mimi was great. We listed our home and 2 days later we received 2 offers. She said she would get it out to everyone and she did. We have been through a number of Escrows in our life and this one was by far was the hardest because of the buyer. She had our back at all times. Advised us on what to sign and what not to sign. Mimi was very knowledgeable on the correct papers that need to be filled out. She kept us up to date at all times and was very easy to get a hold of with our questions.
