Working with Kerry has turned into much more then I could have imagined. She identified exactly what I needed immediately and helped me every step of the way. She is extremely professional and her knowledge is very impressive. She understands the business and will always represent your best interest as YOUR agent. She kept me informed and protected as we listed in a changed market affected by Covid19. I also was absolutely blown away with her marketing. The pictures and the movie clip she produced outshined anything I've seen listed before. We had multiple offers all over asking price within 1 day and closed escrow shortly there after.
