We got Raul at random selection when his name popped-out next to the house we want to see. We called him and came to accompany us to the open house in 30 minutes time. He was very prompt to all our appointments. He was very cordial and easy to talk to. When we look for other houses, he gave us time to inspect the houses and gave us some pros and cons based on what he saw and pricing. He never insisted on anything. Everything was done promptly. The house inspection was done next day we made an offer. He was very much available to escort us any day we want to see the house. He is a religious and honest man. I never thought he won't follow-up the repair of the roof tile which he initiated to take care during our negotiations. He is a very experience realtor.
